We are currently charging a simple, $15/hr flat rate for all of our services.
We service locations in the city of Lone Pine, CA. and surrounding areas.*
Whether your home needs a fresh coat of paint, or just a little cleaning up in the yard we will be happy to help you to get your projects done and looking great at a reasonable cost. Give us a call and let us know what you need done!
If you’re interested in regular home and garden maintenance service, we’ll be happy to schedule recurring service visits to your property at the interval you desire. Common service intervals include: monthly, bi-weekly, and weekly.
*If you are located north of Independence or south of Olancha, we may need to charge an additional travel fee in order to offset gas and driving time. This fee, if assessed, will be no greater than 15/hr+$0.30/mile of travel beyond Independence or Olancha as applicable. We will let you know beforehand if this travel fee will be charged, and will never present you with fees that you have not been notified of beforehand.
